Women’s Issues
As women, we often fall into the role as the “keeper of all.” We manage the kids, the household, and ensure that everyone gets where they need to go. Whether it is a personal or professional situation, the stress of being a woman is something that often feels constant. Women are having to work harder to reach the goals they want to achieve, which creates anxiety, self-doubt, and guilt when they miss out on time at home or with friends. Guilt often comes into play when being home with kids and feeling that you are not entitled to complain or have a bad day or feel a sense of loss of what your life was prior.
Brave Talk therapy is passionate about being a safe space for all women to gain support and validation, while addressing your mental health needs to be the best version of you. Brave Talk therapy also will ensure you have time and space to work through past or current trauma and can find yourself on the path of self-care and acceptance of your place in life and be uniquely and authentically you.
