Jessica is a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with clients of all ages struggling with depression, anxiety, life transitions, parenthood, career issues, and family/relationship concerns. Her sessions incorporate empathy, flexibility, and occasional humor to build a trusting, therapeutic relationship with her clients, while utilizing a variety of techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Play Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy.

Jessica is inspired by people’s stories and resilience. Utilizing a strengths-based, client-centered approach, she works to build on clients’ inner wisdom to facilitate change in their lives. She knows how to provide a comfortable space that allows clients to feel validated and empowered while gaining self-awareness and insight into their actions and behavior. 

Jessica received her Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and Advertising from DePaul University and her Master of Education in Counseling from DePaul University. She worked in marketing for three years before becoming a school counselor. She spent four years as a school counselor before transitioning to clinical work as an LPC

In her free time, Jessica loves spending time with her husband, son, and dog. She enjoys playing sports, being active, and seeking out new experiences around the city.
