Olivia Falcone is an associate counselor who works with adults, adolescents, and couples. Her clinical interests include supporting LGBTQIA+ identities within individual and family contexts, navigating complex relationship structures such as polyamory, monogamy, and chosen families, helping clients critically examine societal influences on self-perception, and fostering accessibility for WPATH letters.

Olivia utilizes an integrative therapeutic approach, drawing from Internal Family Systems (IFS), feminist principles, and a person-centered framework. She tailors her strategies to meet each client’s unique needs, recognizing that factors like culture, gender, and identity shape each client’s experience in therapy. Olivia incorporates dialogues and visualization exercises in her work to help clients explore their internal parts, building self-compassion and a deeper understanding of their identities. With a collaborative and experiential approach, she fosters a therapeutic relationship built upon trust and acceptance, encouraging clients to reframe and reconstruct their narratives as they work toward self-discovery and healing. Above all, she is dedicated to creating a safe, affirming space where clients feel genuinely seen and heard.

Olivia earned her Bachelor of Arts in Women’s and Gender Studies and Psychology from DePaul University and her Master of Arts in Counseling from Northwestern University. She is certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

Outside of work, Olivia enjoys reading novels, watching reality TV, cooking for friends and family, and taking long walks through downtown with her dog, Kuzco.
